Cobra in Hofwiesenstrasse
9th August 2008, A Cobra tram between Bucheggplatz and Radiostudio. The Sternen Oerlikon destination probably indicates this is a depot working (on this day much of the town centre was closed due to the annual Street Parade). The overhead pipe in the foreground is to pump water out of the works of the new cross-town railway tunnel (Durchmesserlinie) which is being built, and a shaft for which has been sunk close to this site.
